We are on the lookout for a real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a talented agent who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Team lead generation and sales are a big part of this upside commission opportunity. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends• Find acquisition properties• Develop builder, developer, and contractor network• Investment property lead generation• Investment property lead follow-up• Listing appointments• Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented• A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 commissions About Company: Opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
