Description Larson is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer for the key position of Structural Department Manager in our Sco ttsdale office. The ideal candidate will have design experience in a wide range of building project types (commercial, educational, health care, residential, and industrial). A self-starter with good communication skills is essential. Self-discipline, willingness to learn, and flexibility required. Skills/Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program 8 + years of experience Licensed Professional and/or Structural Engineer Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Experience with Business Development and Networking Experience managing direct report(s), including staff development Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills Excellent written communication skills Benefits Larson is a 100% ESOP company with an environment that challenges and empowers its employees, encouraging their growth while also offerin g flexibility for their personal lives.
